Bruker Avance 500 MHz NMR

The 500 MHz NMR spectrometer utilizes some of the newest advances in digital instrument control and digital filtering technology. The instrument is usually equipped with a 5 mm Cryoprobe with triple-resonance capabilities, allowing detection of low concentration samples as well as fast acquisition of 2D and 3D datasets for both small molecules and proteins. The addition of the BACS-120 sample changer allows for high-throughput metabolomics screenings and acquisition of submitted samples during evenings and weekends. The instrument supports full variable-temperature operation with all probes, making this instrument a very powerful tool for a variety of structural and dynamic studies of molecules in solution.

Probes available:

  • 5 mm Triple-resonance Cryoprobe (1H, 13C, 15N) with XYZ gradients
  • 5 mm QNP, capable of 1H/19F/13C/31P
  • 5mm Triple-resonance (1H, 13C, 15N) Inverse probe with XYZ Gradients
  • 5mm Broadband Observe
  • 5mm 1H/19F Dual (with duplex filters for H-F Double Resonance experiments)
  • 10mm Broadband Observe
